- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We ordered a 3 door sideboard on Monday (3rd November 2014) and it was delivered promptly at the agreed time on Wednesday morning. After removing all the packaging we discovered that one of the doors was catching on the wooden surround, only slightly - but enough for us to be concerned. We rang the company straight away and asked if there was anything we could do to fix this ourselves. They offered to come around on Thursday evening and "take a look". They arrived as agreed and looked at the faulty door. Then, instead of correcting the fault, they replaced the whole unit. This surpassed all of our expectations and we are very pleased with our new sideboard. I would also like to thank everybody concerned for the highly professional way they dealt with this issue. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of customer service we received and would recommend this company to anybody.By Admin, February 07, 2018
